Parameters :

force

Description : Optional. If set to `true`, the volume pool is deleted even if it has volumes, and its volumes are deleted with it. Otherwise, the request fails if the volume pool has any volumes.

Description : Required. The ID to use for the volume. The ID must be unique within the specified volume pool.

Description : Creates a volume directly on the CLH, bypassing CCFE. This is a temporary PoC that will be used for testing and removed.
